This exhibition aims to display the enormous potential of Spain’s outstanding designers whose creativity has appealed to an international market for the past half century. Young ready-to-wear designers now follow in the footsteps of the classic couturiers and designers that defined Spain’s fashion before, such as Pedro Rodriguez, Herrara-Vargas Olleor and of course Balenciaga. This exhibition shows that Spanish fashion has and can still appeal to the international fashion scene.
