The exhibition Birds of Parardise: Plumes & Feathers in Fashion highlights the usage of plumes and feathers in fashion and haute couture. Showcasing  19th, 20th and 21st century accessories, garments and couture dresses, the exhibition celebrates the elegance and sophistication of  luxurious plumes and feathers. Moreover, the work of the plumassier and various embroidery techniques are illustrated. Expect to see pieces by Alexander McQueen, Chanel, Christian Dior, Cristóbal Balenciaga and Ann Demeulemeester amongst others.
