This exhibition presents the creative universe of  Belgian designer Dries Van Noten and offers a unique and personal experience of the designer’s many and varied sources of inspiration. His menswear and womenswear in the collection of Les Art Décoratifs are connected to the artworks, musical references, films, photos and videos that fueled their creation. The exhibition is organised in “Chambres des merveilles”, a room concept from the Renaissance that brough together memorable objects. Each room connects to the other through Van Noten’s play with association. The exhibition covers the Antwerp designer’s entire oeuvre, from the early 1980s until now.
